Explorers (1st & 2nd Graders) Summer Camp near 07979

In 07979, NJ, specifically at Oak Crest, the camp program is designed to adapt and grow alongside the campers as they progress in age. The Explorer program, which parallels the Munchkin program, is geared towards the development of a wide range of athletic and creative skills, the refinement of swimming abilities, and the cultivation of social and emotional intelligence.

As they advance into second grade, campers benefit from a CHOICE period incorporated into their weekly schedule, allowing them to choose activities that resonate with them. This approach fosters a dynamic and engaging camp experience, promoting active participation and personal growth.

Explorer Athletics

Located in 07979, NJ, our program for 1st and 2nd graders involves a tailored approach to traditional sports. This approach ensures a positive and skill-building experience in a supportive environment.

Our approach to swim lessons is skill-based rather than age-based, enabling us to provide appropriate challenges to swimmers at various proficiency levels. Our instructors undergo annual training, and our teaching techniques draw not only from the American Red Cross but also from over 25 years of practical experience in instructing children in swimming. This ensures that our Learn-to-Swim Program is both comprehensive and effective.

Prior to the start of each season, our ropes courses undergo comprehensive safety inspections and receive certification from the company responsible for their construction.
