Leadership Trip: GLOBAL ROUTES: Appalachian Leadership Training Expedition at Worthington State Forest
Engage in a hiking expedition in Worthington State Forest, centered on practical skills like backpack preparation, rock climbing, hiking, campsite setup, and canoeing on the Delaware River. This program instills teamwork, leadership, and responsibility in teenagers through training from Oak Crest and Global Routes staff, coupled with extensive hiking and camping activities. The main goal is to challenge participants, pushing them beyond comfort zones to discover their potential. With an established eight-year track record, the program consistently garners positive reviews and demonstrates commendable outcomes.
