Leadership Trip: GLOBAL ROUTES: Appalachian Leadership Training Expedition at Worthington State Forest
Participate in a hiking expedition at Worthington State Forest, centered on practical skills like backpack preparation, rock climbing, hiking, campsite setup, and canoeing on the Delaware River. This program instills teamwork, leadership, and responsibility in teenagers through leadership training from Oak Crest and Global Routes staff, coupled with extensive hiking and camping activities. The primary goal is to challenge participants, urging them to surpass comfort zones and unlock their potential. With an eight-year track record of success, the program consistently garners positive reviews and showcases commendable outcomes.
