Leadership Trip: GLOBAL ROUTES: Appalachian Leadership Training Expedition at Worthington State Forest
Participate in a hiking excursion at Worthington State Forest near Colonia, emphasizing practical skills like backpack preparation, rock climbing, hiking, campsite setup, and canoeing on the Delaware River. The program instills teamwork, leadership, and responsibility in teenagers through training provided by Oak Crest and Global Routes staff, alongside extensive hiking and camping activities. The main goal is to challenge participants, urging them to surpass comfort zones and discover their potential. With an eight-year track record, the program consistently receives positive reviews and demonstrates commendable outcomes.
