As a 9th or 10th grader, redefine success through our Leadership-in-Training (LIT) program, where you’ll develop problem-solving, role modeling, and teamwork skills.

Leadership Trip: GLOBAL ROUTES: Appalachian Leadership Training Expedition at Worthington State Forest
Embark on a hiking expedition in Worthington State Forest near Cranbury, involving practical skills like backpack preparation, rock climbing, hiking, campsite setup, and canoeing on the Delaware River. This program instills teamwork, leadership, and responsibility in teenagers through training from Oak Crest and Global Routes staff, alongside extensive hiking and camping activities. The main goal is to challenge participants to exceed their comfort zones and uncover their potential. With a successful eight-year track record, the program consistently receives positive reviews and demonstrates commendable outcomes.
