Leadership Trip: GLOBAL ROUTES: Appalachian Leadership Training Expedition at Worthington State Forest
Participate in a hiking expedition in Worthington State Forest, near Franklin Township, emphasizing practical skills like backpacking, rock climbing, hiking, campsite setup, and canoeing on the Delaware River. The program instills teamwork, leadership, and responsibility in teenagers through joint leadership training from Oak Crest and Global Routes staff, coupled with immersive hiking and camping activities. The main goal is to challenge young participants, pushing them beyond their comfort zones to uncover their potential.
