Leadership Trip: GLOBAL ROUTES: Appalachian Leadership Training Expedition at Worthington State Forest
Embark on a hiking excursion in Worthington State Forest, centered on practical skills like backpack preparation, rock climbing, hiking, campsite setup, and canoeing on the Delaware River. The program imparts teamwork, leadership, and responsibility to teenagers through training from Oak Crest and Global Routes staff, coupled with extensive hiking and camping activities. The main goal is to challenge participants to surpass their comfort zones and uncover their potential. With an eight-year track record, the program consistently garners positive reviews and demonstrates commendable outcomes.
