As a 9th or 10th grader, redefine success through our Leadership-in-Training (LIT) program, where you’ll develop problem-solving, role modeling, and teamwork skills.

The LIT experience includes an overnight trip and active participation in camp with various age groups, enhancing your skill set. Leadership Trip: GLOBAL ROUTES: Appalachian Leadership Training Expedition at Worthington State Forest
Engage in a hiking expedition at Worthington State Forest near Princeton, emphasizing practical skills like backpack preparation, rock climbing, hiking, campsite setup, and canoeing on the Delaware River. The program instills teamwork, leadership, and responsibility in teenagers through training provided by Oak Crest and Global Routes staff, coupled with extensive hiking and camping activities. The primary goal is to challenge participants to exceed their comfort zones and realize their potential. With an eight-year successful track record, the program consistently garners positive reviews and demonstrates commendable outcomes.
