Leadership Trip: GLOBAL ROUTES: Appalachian Leadership Training Expedition at Worthington State Forest
Embark on a hiking excursion in Worthington State Forest, Scotch Plains, emphasizing practical skills like backpack preparation, rock climbing, hiking, campsite setup, and canoeing on the Delaware River. This program fosters teamwork, leadership, and responsibility in teenagers through leadership training from Oak Crest and Global Routes staff, coupled with extensive hiking and camping activities. The main goal is to challenge participants, pushing them beyond their comfort zones to discover their potential. With an established track record of eight years, the program consistently garners positive reviews and demonstrates commendable outcomes.
