They can engage in a wide variety of activities and select from more advanced options. The summer’s highlights for our senior campers encompass Late Nights, an exclusive program offering extended camp access, special dinners, additional swim sessions, extra games, distinctive events, and a twilight campfire featuring delightful S’mores.
Senior Athletics

Creative Arts

Additionally, all Senior Girl groups take center stage as they showcase a choreographed dance routine in our annual Showcrest—an impressive Dance and Drama Production. Learn to Swim
Located in 08541, NJ, Oak Crest’s Learn to Swim Program is a fundamental component of our camp experience, making use of a state-of-the-art aquatic facility, notably the expansive Gigantic Pool, equipped with eight 25m lanes.
Each morning, senior campers engage in a 40-minute swim lesson led by certified swim instructors, with additional support from group counselors. Our swim lessons prioritize skill development over age-based categorization, enabling us to challenge swimmers at varying proficiency levels. We take pride in annually training and certifying our own instructors, leveraging over 25 years of practical expertise in teaching children how to swim. In the afternoons, senior campers return to the pools for Free Swim, further enhancing their aquatic abilities.
Ropes Courses
Located in 08541, NJ, our senior campers regularly engage in the Climbing Tower and High Ropes course, both offering thrilling challenges. The Climbing Tower boasts two distinct rock walls, a 200-yard Zipline, a Giant Cargo Net, Jacob’s Ladder, and an exhilarating Giant Swing. Meanwhile, the High Ropes course features additional rock walls, mid-air challenges, and a state-of-the-art High Ropes Confidence Course.
Ensuring the utmost safety, our ropes courses undergo thorough inspection and certification before each season by the construction company responsible for their maintenance. Furthermore, our certified ropes instructors, who expertly guide our campers through all courses, conduct daily safety checks to provide a secure and enjoyable experience.
Choice
Within the setting of 08541, NJ, during the Choice period, campers have the freedom to select their weekly activities from a rotating list of options. Each week, campers can choose a new activity from a diverse and ever-changing list that encompasses both athletic and creative pursuits. In addition to these choices, Senior campers have the unique opportunity to take part in our annual Drama Production or participate in a special Dance routine, collectively known as Showcrest. The Senior performances in both the Drama and Dance productions consistently shine as standout highlights of the entire show.
Social Development
