Seniors (5th & 6th Graders) Summer Camp near North Plainfield

These seniors can engage in a wide spectrum of activities and have the opportunity to select from more advanced options. Noteworthy summer highlights for senior campers include Late Nights, an exclusive experience that extends camp access to include a special dinner, additional swimming time, extra games, a distinctive event, and a twilight campfire complete with S’mores.
Senior Athletics
At our North Plainfield, NJ facility, senior campers engage in a diverse array of athletic activities on full-sized fields. Our weekly schedules feature a wide range of sports, including Soccer, Football, Tennis, Lacrosse, Archery, Basketball, Hockey, BMX, Skateboarding, and more. Learn to Swim
In North Plainfield, NJ, Oak Crest’s Learn to Swim Program is a cornerstone of the Oak Crest experience, making use of a state-of-the-art aquatic facility. Senior campers have exclusive access to the impressive Gigantic Pool, which boasts eight 25-meter lanes.
Each morning, seniors participate in a 40-minute swim lesson guided by certified swim instructors, with additional support from group counselors. Our swim lessons prioritize skill development rather than age, allowing us to challenge swimmers at various proficiency levels. We take pride in annually training and certifying our own instructors, drawing from over 25 years of practical experience in teaching children how to swim. In the afternoons, senior campers return to the pools for Free Swim, providing them with ample opportunities to enjoy and practice their swimming skills.
Ropes Courses
In North Plainfield, NJ, senior campers engage in weekly sessions on the Climbing Tower and High Ropes course, offering thrilling experiences. The Climbing Tower boasts two distinct rock walls, a 200-yard Zipline, a Giant Cargo Net, Jacob’s Ladder, and the exhilarating Giant Swing. Meanwhile, the High Ropes course includes additional rock walls, mid-air challenges, and a state-of-the-art High Ropes Confidence Course.

Choice

For our Senior campers, there are additional special opportunities.
