3-5 Year Olds (Munchkins)
At Oak Crest, we offer two distinct programs for 3 to 5-year-olds in our Munchkin Division, providing parents in the 08824 area with flexible options. These programs, one consisting of 5 full days and the other of 3 full days, are designed to ensure that your child receives personalized attention and care, thanks to our low camper-to-staff ratio. Each group consists of 10 to 12 campers, supervised by 3 to 4 staff members, all dedicated to prioritizing safety and nurturing your child’s development.
One of the key highlights of our Munchkin Program is our emphasis on teaching children to swim. We recognize the importance of water safety and strive to build your child’s comfort and proficiency in the water. To achieve this, our program is led by specially trained Munchkin Specialists who provide age-appropriate and enriching experiences.
Moreover, in addition to swimming, our program also focuses on enhancing your child’s gross and fine motor skills. We accomplish this through a variety of athletic and creative activities carefully curated to engage and challenge young minds. At Oak Crest, we understand that each child is unique, and our Munchkin Program is tailored to provide a well-rounded and nurturing experience for your child’s growth and development.
Explorers (1st and 2nd Graders)
For parents residing in the 08824 area, our Explorers program offers a comprehensive and engaging experience for children. Similar to our Munchkins, Explorers partake in a variety of athletic and creative activities, furthering their swimming skills, and fostering social and emotional intelligence.
In the first grade, we introduce campers to exciting experiences such as the Climbing Tower, Zipline, Giant Swing, and the popular GAGA game. These activities not only provide thrilling adventures but also encourage physical and mental growth.
As children progress to the second grade, we enhance their camp experience by introducing CHOICE periods. During these weekly sessions, campers have the opportunity to select their preferred activities, allowing for a personalized and tailored experience that aligns with their interests and desires. This approach ensures that every child’s time at camp is not only enjoyable but also enriching, as they have the freedom to explore and engage in activities that resonate with them.
Juniors (3rd & 4th Graders)

Juniors participate in a variety of engaging activities such as Archery, Mountain Biking, Lacrosse, High Ropes, BMX, Skatepark, and Camper vs. Wild.

Additionally, Juniors benefit from Instructional Swim sessions, helping them build confidence and proficiency in the water. They also have access to the Climbing Tower, which adds an element of adventure and challenge to their experience.
To make their time at camp even more memorable, Juniors get to enjoy special Late Nights. During these extended camp hours, they partake in activities like a special dinner, extra swim time, engaging games, and unique events. The evening culminates with a twilight campfire where they can indulge in the delightful treat of S’mores. Seniors (5th & 6th Graders)

During these extended camp hours, they enjoy a special dinner, extra swim time, engaging games, unique events, and a twilight campfire where they can savor the classic treat of S’mores. These Late Nights not only offer fun and bonding opportunities but also add a sense of camaraderie and adventure to their camp experience.
Teen Travel (7th, 8th, & 9th Graders)

Social Development
