3-5 Year Olds (Munchkins)
Oak Crest offers two distinct programs for 3 to 5-year-olds in our Munchkin Division: a 5 full-day program and a 3 full-day program. What sets our Munchkin Division apart is our commitment to maintaining a low camper-to-staff ratio, ensuring that each child receives personalized attention and care. In each group, there are typically 10 to 12 campers with 3 to 4 dedicated staff members who prioritize safety and nurturing.
One of the key focuses of our Munchkin Program is teaching young campers how to swim. We understand the importance of water safety and aim to instill confidence and proficiency in the water from an early age. Our specially trained Munchkin Specialists lead these swimming sessions, ensuring that they are age-appropriate and enriching. But our program goes beyond just swimming; we also engage children in a variety of athletic and creative activities that help develop their gross and fine motor skills. These activities are carefully designed to create a well-rounded and enjoyable experience for our youngest campers.
Explorers (1st and 2nd Graders)
Our Explorers program, tailored for families in the 08880 area, offers engaging activities that promote physical and creative development while also fostering social and emotional intelligence.

Juniors (3rd & 4th Graders)

To make their camp experience even more memorable, Juniors also get to enjoy Late Nights, which extend their camp access and include special dinners, extra swim time, engaging games, unique events, and a twilight campfire complete with S’mores. Seniors (5th & 6th Graders)

Teen Travel (7th, 8th, & 9th Graders)
At Oak Crest, we offer a unique opportunity for our campers, especially those in the Senior age group residing near 08880. It’s called “Choice,” and it allows campers to pick an activity they’d like to participate in for the week. The beauty of Choice is that each week, campers have the chance to explore a new activity from a dynamic and ever-changing list.
Our selection of activities spans a wide range, encompassing both athletic and creative pursuits. But what sets our Senior program apart is the option for campers to take on roles in our annual Drama Production or join our special Dance routine, known as Showcrest. These productions are a highlight of the camp experience, and the participation of our Senior campers is always a standout feature, adding a unique and memorable dimension to the shows.
