Oak Crest offers two program options for children aged 3 to 5 in our Munchkin Division: a 5 full-day and a 3 full-day program. We maintain a low camper-to-staff ratio, typically with 10 to 12 campers per group and 3 to 4 staff members, ensuring personalized attention, safety, and nurturing care.
Our Munchkin Program places a strong emphasis on swimming, aiming to build water confidence and proficiency. In addition, the program enhances both gross and fine motor skills through a variety of athletic and creative activities. These activities are led by specially trained Munchkin Specialists who provide age-appropriate and enriching experiences for the children.
Explorers, similar to Munchkins, participate in athletic and creative activities, improve swimming abilities, and cultivate social and emotional intelligence. First graders are introduced to adventurous elements such as the Climbing Tower, Zipline, Giant Swing, and GAGA. As they progress to second grade, campers have the opportunity to select preferred activities on a weekly basis during CHOICE periods, tailoring their camp experience to their interests.
