3-5 Year Olds (Munchkins)
For parents residing near Kendall Park, Oak Crest Day Camp offers specialized programs for 3 to 5-year-olds in our Munchkin Division. We maintain a low camper-to-staff ratio, ensuring personalized attention and a safe, nurturing environment. Each group consists of 10 to 12 campers with 3 to 4 dedicated staff members who prioritize safety and care.
One of the key highlights of our Munchkin Program is the emphasis on swimming. What sets our Juniors program apart is the added fun of Late Nights, during which campers have extended access to the camp. Seniors (5th & 6th Graders)

Our Senior Late Nights program further enhances their camp experience. During these special evenings, campers have extended access to the camp, relishing a special dinner, extra swim time, engaging games, a unique event, and a memorable twilight campfire featuring delicious S’mores. This not only adds excitement but also creates lasting memories and strengthens the sense of community among the senior campers.
Teen Travel (7th, 8th, & 9th Graders)
At Oak Crest, we offer our campers in Kendall Park the opportunity to personalize their camp experience through our Choice program. During each week, campers can select an activity they are most interested in, and the options vary from week to week, ensuring a fresh and exciting experience.
In addition to a wide range of athletic and creative activities, our Senior campers have the special option to take part in our annual Drama Production or participate in our unique Dance routine, known as Showcrest. Participants in this program concentrate on honing crucial skills such as problem-solving, role modeling, and teamwork.
Our emphasis is on instilling a sense of responsibility in LITs, with the goal of preparing them for future success in college and their careers. We believe that the skills acquired during the LIT Experience not only contribute to their personal growth but also position them as potential outstanding members of our camp staff.
This program is designed to be a meaningful step toward maturity and leadership, ensuring that LITs gain valuable life skills that will serve them well beyond their time at camp.
