Teen Travel (7th, 8th & 9th Graders) Summer Camp near Raritan
At Oak Crest, our Teen Travel Program in Raritan, New Jersey, is designed for 7th, 8th, and 9th-grade students. Our campers participate in engaging activities within the Oak Crest premises while also enjoying the opportunity to embark on day and overnight trips. 7th graders attend camp on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, reserving Tuesdays and Thursdays for day trips. Conversely, 8th and 9th graders follow a different schedule, attending camp on Tuesdays and Thursdays and traveling on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Additionally, our Teens have the flexibility to choose from 2- or 3-day overnight trips.
In our Raritan, New Jersey location, the teen campers at Camp Oak Crest follow a well-organized group schedule. They participate in activities within groups of 10-15 campers, under the supervision of rigorously screened counselors. The schedule encompasses two sessions of free swim, a variety of engaging activities like the Climbing Tower and Ropes Courses, a selection of athletic and creative pursuits, as well as two designated Choice periods. These Choice periods grant our teens the freedom to select activities of their preference, enabling them to explore a wide range of options by choosing a new activity during each Choice period.
